1) The brand of the vacuum pump oil added is not correct, because the saturated steam pressure in the different brand vacuum pump oil is not the same, the result is not the same. The solution is to replace the correct vacuum pump oil as recommended by the manufacturer.

2) Due to the vacuum reduction caused by the vacuum pump oil, the pumped gas contains water vapor or organic matter, which makes the vacuum pump oil emulsified and discolored or too dirty. The solution is to clean all the vacuum pump oil in the rotary vane vacuum pump or replace the same type of vacuum pump oil, and solve the problem that water vapor and organic matter in the pumped gas do not enter the pump, such as installing a dryer.

3) The gas temperature is too high. The solution is to reduce the temperature of the extracted gas or to add a corresponding heat exchanger.

4) The oil circuit in the rotary vane vacuum pump is blocked or not smooth, and a certain amount of oil is not maintained in the pump chamber. The solution is to check whether the oil circuit is smooth and add the same type of vacuum pump oil.

5) The gap between the rotary vane and the pump cavity becomes larger. If there is dust in the pumped gas for a long time, it will cause the gap between the rotor and the stator to become larger after wear. The solution is to check whether the gap is too large or replace the new parts such as rotary disc, seals, etc.
