Often pay attention to whether the three-phase submersible sewage pump is short of phase operation: when the submersible sewage pump is running normally, the three-phase winding of the motor should be symmetrical, the three-phase voltage must also be symmetrical in time, and the motor will break phase in the three-phase operation, and the submersible sewage pump will be blocked. Therefore, we must often check whether the power supply and cable are running without phase, and first rule out the possibility of two-phase power supply. Second, the equipment must be equipped with a protection switch to operate, the protection switch is divided into external and internal, including the external protection switch contains phase break protection device, when the current exceeds the limit value, the power will be automatically cut off; There is a built-in thermal protector, is installed in the submersible pump, when the current exceeds the limit value of the thermal protector will work, power off and be protected.

4. Avoid clogging: Gridlock failure is often excluded in the use of submerged sewage pump items, such as debris jammed impeller phenomenon, shaft is broken mechanical seal stuck, etc., the current of gridlock will reach 5-7 times the normal current, if there is no protection switch, the motor will be quickly burned, with the protection switch, to ensure that 5-15 seconds will automatically cut off the power, will not burn the motor in a short time. Therefore, when choosing the submersible pump, it is necessary to do a good job of selection according to the different use of the site and the conveying medium to avoid debris entering the blocked impeller, resulting in blocked rotation failure.
