5, start the motor, when the water ring vacuum pump normal operation, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump, according to its display of appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve, while checking the motor load.

6. Try to control the flow rate and vacuum degree of the water ring vacuum pump within the range indicated on the label to ensure that the water ring vacuum pump operates at the highest efficiency point in order to obtain the greatest energy saving effect.

7, ring vacuum pump in the operation process, bearing temperature can not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, the maximum temperature should not exceed 80C.

8, abnormal sound should stop immediately to check the cause.

9, to stop use, first close the gate valve, pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.

10, the water ring vacuum pump in the first month of work, after 100 hours to replace the lubricating oil, after every 500 hours, oil change once.

11, often adjust the packing gland, to ensure that the filling room dripping condition is normal (to drip out is appropriate).

12, regularly check the wear of the shaft sleeve, larger wear should be replaced in time.

13. When used in the cold winter season, after stopping, it is necessary to unscrew the water plug in the lower part of the pump body to put the medium clean. Prevent frost cracking.

14, long-term disuse, need to completely disassemble the pump, dry the water, the rotation part and the joint with grease, properly stored.
