3, Centrifugal pump disassembly mechanical seal should be careful, not with a hammer, iron, etc., to avoid damaging the dynamic, static ring sealing surface.

4, If there is dirt can not be removed, should try to remove the dirt, rinse clean and then disassemble, so as not to damage the sealing elements.

5, Before installing mechanical seals, all sealing components should be checked for failure or damage, if any, it should be repaired or replaced.

6, Should strictly check the relative friction sealing surface of the moving ring and the static ring, do not allow any minor scratches, bruises and other defects. All parts, including the pump body, impeller, sealing cavity, etc. should be washed before assembly, especially the dynamic and static ring surface, should be carefully wiped with a clean, soft cloth or cotton yarn, and then coated with a layer of clean grease or oil.

7, Centrifugal pump assembly should pay attention to eliminate the deviation, tighten the screw, to avoid deviation, so that the seal failure.

8, The correct adjustment of the compression of the spring, after the centrifugal pump is installed, when the rotor is moved by hand, it should feel that the sealing spring has a certain amount of compression, and can be light and flexible rotation without the feeling of biting. If it feels too tight or does not move, it should be appropriately loosened.

9, The centrifugal pump uses the mechanical seal of external flushing, and the flushing liquid should be opened before starting, so that the sealing cavity is filled with the sealing liquid. When stopping, first stop the pump, and then turn off the sealing flushing liquid.
