This series of reciprocating vacuum pump is mainly composed of mechanical transmission part, mechanical pumping part and oil insulation part. The mechanical transmission part is divided into crank and connecting rod mechanism, driven by the motor pulley, and then passed to the piston through the crankshaft, connecting rod, cross head, from the circular movement of the pulley to the linear movement of the piston.
