Working principle of vacuum negative pressure station

2024-10-22 16:21

Vacuum negative pressure station, also known as vacuum generator, water circulation type vacuum pump station, etc. It is a complete set of system with two water ring vacuum pumps as vacuum obtaining equipment and vacuum tank as vacuum storage equipment.

1) Composition of vacuum station equipment: a single or two vacuum pumps are used as the main equipment for vacuum acquisition, vacuum tanks are used as vacuum storage equipment, and electrical control parts are connected to form vacuum negative pressure stations. Dual pump operation can enhance the system support. Compared with direct use of vacuum pump as vacuum source, the vacuum pump system can save energy, effectively extend the service life of vacuum pump, and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.

2) The vacuum upper and lower limits of the vacuum pumping station can be set between 0 and -0.1MPa through the vacuum meter, and the error value is about 10%.

3) Air storage tanks for vacuum pumping stations are manufactured according to user requirements, generally between 0.1 and 3m³. After the vacuum pump station is started, the vacuum degree in the vacuum tank is always maintained between the set upper and lower limits.

4) The configured water ring vacuum pump can be configured according to the gas consumption.

5) Control mode: single pump automatic, manual control; Double pumps open a standby or double pumps separate, single pump timing automatic cycle operation control, or double pumps at the same time linkage operation automatic control.

6) Each pump of the vacuum negative pressure station is equipped with a set of inflatable electromagnetic check valves to prevent the failure of vacuum oil return.

7) Special industries can design metal or dust filters according to customer requirements to effectively protect vacuum acquisition equipment.
