The reliability of this water absorption method is affected by the quality of the water absorption bottom valve, for example, the closure is not strict, leakage, the water in the water absorption pipe will slowly flow into the pool, for a long time, there is no water in the water absorption pipe, resulting in the need for manual irrigation when the pump starts.

Second, the self-priming pump reduces the inlet pipe bend, drop height and horizontal distance.

Third, the self-priming pump is set up before the pump suction tank.

This method needs to set up a suction tank on the pump suction pipe, before the first operation of the pump, the tank should be artificially filled with water, after the first operation stops, because the water inlet pipe height of the suction tank is higher than the water surface height of the pipe, although the water surface height of the pool is lower than the water surface height of the tank, the water in the tank will not flow back into the pool, so the suction tank can store a certain amount of water. And because the suction pipe of the suction tank (that is, the suction pipe of the pump) is lower than the height of the water surface in the pipe, it can ensure that the suction pipe of the pump is filled with water, and when the pump runs again, the water in the water tank is pumped away by the pump, and negative pressure appears in the tank, and the water in the pool is added to the suction tank under the action of atmospheric pressure, and the water in the pool is pumped through the suction tank.

Fourth, the vacuum pump is set on the suction pipe of the self-priming pump. Before the pump starts, the vacuum pump starts first, so that the suction pipe of the pump is filled with water first to ensure that the pump automatically and quickly starts. This method of water absorption requires a perfect automatic control system to ensure normal work.
