2) Transmission belt wear. There are many large centrifugal pumps using belt transmission, because of long-term use, the belt wear, slack, skidding phenomenon, reduce the speed of the pump.
3) Improper installation. The center distance between the two belt wheels is too small or the two axes are not parallel, the tight edge of the transmission belt is installed on the top, resulting in too small package Angle, the diameter of the two belt wheels is wrong, and the eccentric distance between the two axes of the coupled shaft drive pump is large, which will cause the speed change of the pump.

5) The pump itself mechanical failure. The fastening nut of the impeller of the double suction pump and the pump shaft is loose, or the pump shaft is deformed and bent, resulting in more movement of the impeller, direct friction with the pump body, or bearing damage, which may reduce the speed of the pump.
6) Regularly check the elastic coupling parts of the pump, pay attention to the temperature rise of the motor bearing, and stop the machine immediately when noise or other abnormal sounds are found during operation, check the causes and eliminate them.
