Vertical pipeline pump installation precautions

1) Installation methods are divided into hard connection installation and flexible connection installation.

2) Before installation, check whether the fasteners of the unit are loose, and whether the flow channel of the pump body is blocked by foreign bodies to avoid damage to the impeller and pump body when the pump is running.

3) The anchor bolt must be tightened during installation to avoid vibration affecting the performance of the pump when starting.

4) The weight of the pipe should not be added to the pump during installation to avoid the deformation of the pump.

5) In order to facilitate maintenance and safe use, install a regulating pump valve on the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump, and install a pressure gauge near the pump outlet to ensure that the operation is within the rated head and flow range, ensure the normal operation of the pump, and extend the service life of the pump.

6) After installation, the pump shaft and impeller should have no friction or stuck phenomenon, otherwise the pump should be disassembled to check the cause.
