Second, the pump starting sequence
1. Check the oil level of the oil storage chamber of the suspension body of the pump and control it at a position about 2 mm from the center line of the oil level gauge.
2, check the motor rotation direction is correct, strictly prohibited reversal.
3, there is a hand rotation of the coupling, feel loose and heavy and uniform, and pay attention to distinguish whether there is friction sound and foreign matter rolling noise in the pump, if there should try to exclude, and install the coupling's protective cover.
4. When the installation position of the pump is lower than the liquid level, the gate valve of the suction line should be opened before starting to fill the liquid in the pump; If the installation position of the pump is higher than the liquid level, it is necessary to pump or vacuum before starting, so that the pump and the inlet pipe are filled with liquid and the air in the pump is drained.
5, open the inlet valve, close the outlet pipe gate valve, start the motor (it is best to start, confirm the pump rotation direction is correct before the formal operation), enter the outlet pressure gauge, slowly open the outlet pipe gate valve to the required position.
6, to often check the temperature rise of the pump and motor, bearing temperature rise is not greater than 35 ° C, the limit temperature should not be greater than 75 ° C.
7, pay attention to the suspension body oil storage chamber oil level changes, often controlled within the specified range. In order to keep the oil clean and well lubricated, new oil should be replaced regularly according to the actual situation of field use. In general, after every 1500hr operation, all the new oil should be changed once.
8, in the process of operation, if there is an abnormal sound or other faults, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, and it can continue to operate after the fault is eliminated.
9, it is not allowed to use the gate valve on the suction pipe to regulate the flow rate, so as not to produce cavitation.
10, the pump is generally not suitable for long-term operation under less than 30% of the design flow, if it must be used under this condition, the bypass pipe should be installed on the outlet pipe, so that the flow of the pump reaches the specified range of use.
Third, change the pump procedure
3.1, the switched pump should be checked and prepared before opening the pump.
3.2. Start the standby pump according to the normal pump opening procedure.
3.3. When the pressure and flow of the pump to be switched are normal, stop the switched pump.
Fourth,Parking
4.1. Slowly close the outlet pipe gate valve and stop the motor.
4.2. Close the outlet pressure (vacuum) gauge, and close the suction pipe gate valve in the case of perfusion. If the seal uses an external primer, the external primer valve should be closed.
4.3, if the environment is lower than the freezing point of the liquid, the liquid in the pump should be drained to prevent freezing and cracking.
4.4, stop the use of the pump for a long time, in addition to the corrosive liquid in the pump, but also with clean water. In particular, the sealing chamber should be carefully washed, it is best to remove the pump and reinstall it after cleaning, and keep the pump inlet and outlet closed.
