This series of pumps are single suction, single-stage, cantilever centrifugal pumps with 34 basic types and 242 specifications. For pumping clean water or non corrosive liquid, the maximum temperature of medium is 80 ℃.

There are two kinds of shaft seal, soft packing seal and mechanical seal.

This series of pumps are single suction, single-stage and horizontal chemical centrifugal pumps, which are designed according to international standard ISO2858 and manufactured according to iso5199 / DIS. Used to transport neutral or corrosive media or petroleum products. The flow range is 2.5 ~ 460 m3 / h; The lift range is 2.5 ~ 132M; Medium temperature - 20 ~ 180 ℃; The maximum working pressure is 1.6Mpa.

There are many kinds of structural forms of pump shaft seal, the most commonly used is the built-in non-equilibrium single face mechanical seal. According to the working conditions, external type, unbalanced type or double face mechanical seal can be selected. The flushing cooling mode can be internal flushing or external flushing. Additional sealing devices (such as cyclone separator, heat exchanger, etc.) can be installed. For medium with suspended particles or less corrosive, soft packing seal (external flushing or internal flushing) can also be selected.

ISR type hot water pump is used to cool the shaft seal (with clean water at normal temperature), and the pumped medium can reach 130 ℃.

Isy clean oil pump shaft seal can use skeleton oil seal, also can use mechanical seal.

3. Before leaving the factory, the equipment undergoes a water and pressure test. If there is a small amount of water stored in the pump and it is installed and used in colder areas, please ensure that the storage and installation environment of the pump will not cause the water in the pump to freeze. Improper storage causing pump damage will be the responsibility of the user. Please empty the equipment and pipelines in a timely manner when not in use in winter to avoid damage caused by frost

4. Before using the pump, please ensure that the power supply voltage is stable, there is a protective device (which can be matched with a control system), the environment is dry, and the pipeline valves are installed properly. If you have any questions about installation and use, you can call our factory's service hotline. Any damage to the pump caused by improper installation or use shall be the responsibility of the user.

6. It is recommended that you install a filtering device on the imported pipeline and regularly clean it to ensure the reliability and service life of the pump operation
