JZJW series Roots pump oil-free reciprocating vacuum pump unit is based on ZJ series Roots vacuum pump as the main pump and WLW type vertical oil-free reciprocating vacuum pump as the front pump. It overcomes the disadvantages of WLW type vacuum pump with high limit pressure and low pumping rate under constant pressure, while retaining the advantages of ZJ series Roots vacuum pump with fast working and large pumping rate. Therefore, JZJW series Roots oil-free reciprocating vacuum unit is widely used in the chemical industry vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, dehydration crystallization; Freeze drying in the food industry, vacuum drying in the pharmaceutical industry and other processes.

Since WLW vacuum pump adopts oil-free self-lubricating materials, clean vacuum can be obtained, so JZJW series Roots oil-free reciprocating vacuum unit can collect the gas that cannot be solidified and compressed in the high vacuum system after the exhaust gas collection device is installed at the exhaust port, such as: Pentadiene, benzene, toluene and other gases can avoid environmental pollution caused by their low boiling point and difficult collection.

3. Before leaving the factory, the equipment undergoes a water and pressure test. If there is a small amount of water stored in the pump and it is installed and used in colder areas, please ensure that the storage and installation environment of the pump will not cause the water in the pump to freeze. Improper storage causing pump damage will be the responsibility of the user. Please empty the equipment and pipelines in a timely manner when not in use in winter to avoid damage caused by frost

4. Before using the pump, please ensure that the power supply voltage is stable, there is a protective device (which can be matched with a control system), the environment is dry, and the pipeline valves are installed properly. If you have any questions about installation and use, you can call our factory's service hotline. Any damage to the pump caused by improper installation or use shall be the responsibility of the user.

6. It is recommended that you install a filtering device on the imported pipeline and regularly clean it to ensure the reliability and service life of the pump operation
