2BEC series water ring vacuum pump and compressor are usually used to suck gases that do not contain solid particles, insoluble in water and non corrosive, so as to form vacuum and pressure in closed containers. By changing the structural material, it can also be used to pump other corrosive liquids or use corrosive liquids as working fluids. It is widely used in papermaking, chemical industry, petrochemical industry, light industry, pharmacy, food, metallurgy, building materials, electrical appliances, coal washing, ore washing, chemical fertilizer and other industries.

Welded impeller is adopted, the blade is stamped and formed at one time, and the profile is reasonable; All wheel hubs are machined, which fundamentally solves the problem of dynamic balance. The impeller and pump shaft are hot installed, with reliable performance and stable operation. After the impeller is welded, the overall operation is well heat treated, and the blade has good blade performance, which fundamentally ensures the impact resistance and bending resistance of the blade, and can adapt to the harsh working conditions of load impact fluctuation.

2BEC series pump is equipped with air-water separator, with suction and exhaust ports at multiple positions, and the pump cover is equipped with exhaust valve maintenance window. The clearance between the impeller and the distribution board is adjusted by the gland at both ends of the positioning bearing, which is convenient for installation and use, simple operation and maintenance.

3. Before leaving the factory, the equipment undergoes a water and pressure test. If there is a small amount of water stored in the pump and it is installed and used in colder areas, please ensure that the storage and installation environment of the pump will not cause the water in the pump to freeze. Improper storage causing pump damage will be the responsibility of the user. Please empty the equipment and pipelines in a timely manner when not in use in winter to avoid damage caused by frost

4. Before using the pump, please ensure that the power supply voltage is stable, there is a protective device (which can be matched with a control system), the environment is dry, and the pipeline valves are installed properly. If you have any questions about installation and use, you can call our factory's service hotline. Any damage to the pump caused by improper installation or use shall be the responsibility of the user.

6. It is recommended that you install a filtering device on the imported pipeline and regularly clean it to ensure the reliability and service life of the pump operation
