Product introduction and application:
SZ type liquid ring pump has SZ-1, SZ-2, SZ-3 and SZ-4 four specifications, used to pump or compress air and other non-corrosive, insoluble in water, does not contain solid particles of gas. It is a kind of negative pressure equipment widely used in machinery, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food, sugar and electronics industry.
Working principle:
The impeller of the SZ type water ring vacuum pump is mounted eccentrically in the pump body, and an appropriate amount of water is injected into the pump when starting. When the impeller rotates, the water is formed on the pump body wall by centrifugal force, the inner surface of the water ring is tangential to the hub, in the first half of the process, the inner surface of the water ring gradually separated from the hub, the SZ type water ring vacuum pump therefore forms a space between the impeller blades and gradually expands, so that the air is inhaled at the suction port; In the process of the second half rotation, the inner surface of the water ring is gradually close to the hub, and the space volume between the blades is reduced, so the air between the blades is compressed and discharged.
So each time the impeller rotates, the space volume between the blades changes once, the water between each blade reciprocates like a piston, and the SZ type water ring vacuum pump continuously pumps the gas.
When the gas discharged by the SZ type water ring vacuum pump is exhaust gas, there is a water tank at the exhaust end. After the exhaust gas and part of the water with it are discharged into the water tank, the gas runs away from the outlet pipe of the water tank, and the water falls into the bottom of the water tank through the return pipe and then returns to the pump for use. If the cycle time is long, it will heat up. For replenishment and cooling, the supply of cold water is appropriate at 15℃.
