Widely used in electronics, vacuum coating, chemical fiber, metallurgy, heat treatment, welding, chemical industry and other vacuum distillation, crystallization, drying, polyester chip steaming and other processes.
In addition to some characteristics of the general Roots vacuum unit, JZJWLW vacuum unit can improve the vacuum cleanliness and obtain clean vacuum due to the use of oil-free vacuum pump (oil-free lubrication and oil-free sealing technology are used in the flow part of this product) as the front pump. It is especially suitable for the extraction of oil-reacting gases and non-condensing and non-compressible coagulable gases (such as CO2/ cyclopentadiene, benzene, toluene, alcohols, etc.) in industrial processes.
Working principle and characteristics:
Roots vacuum pump has excellent pumping characteristics (has a large pumping speed under low pressure), in the limit vacuum range of Roots vacuum pump as a post-stage vacuum pump, always can be used than the pre-stage vacuum pump to improve the high vacuum of an order of magnitude (such as the pre-stage vacuum degree 100Pa, that does not use Roots vacuum pump to do the post-stage vacuum pump, it can be increased to 10Pa, and so on). Because the rotor of Roots vacuum pump has no mechanical contact with the rotor and the rotor and the pump chamber, there is no need for lubrication, so its power loss is significantly less than other types of mechanical vacuum pumps with the same pumping speed. Because the former vacuum pump adopts oil-free vacuum pump without oil lubrication, it is especially suitable for industrial processes where the gas and exhaust of the oil reaction need to be recovered.
