ZF series vacuum pump station (also known as vacuum generation device, vacuum negative pressure station, etc.) is a complete set of systems based on one or two water ring vacuum pumps as vacuum acquisition equipment and vacuum tanks as vacuum storage equipment. It has the advantages of high vacuum degree, large air extraction, energy saving, small size, high efficiency and easy maintenance. ZF vacuum pump station allows the working liquid of water ring vacuum pump to be recycled in the gas-liquid separator and pump chamber, reducing the discharge of industrial wastewater, gas can be condensed through the exhaust port recovery or directly for tail gas treatment, and the pumped solvent can be recycled as the working liquid. The vacuum degree can be kept within the set interval range, and the interval range can be adjusted according to actual requirements to achieve zero waste of vacuum source.
